Short stable id (used by rules to reference this item). Case-insensitive, must be unique.
What appears in the takeoff Itemcode column.
If blank, Price and Cost columns stay empty on the takeoff.
Multiplier applied to the rule's qty. Use 1 for screws, 100 if you stock in packs of 100, etc.
Per-unit measure if relevant (length, area). Leave blank for piece items like screws.
Free-form key/value pairs surfaced as extra columns on the takeoff row (e.g. Usage = Roof fastening).
Each rule attaches one or more catalog items to a parent component by Itemcode. Quantity is computed from the parent's attributes.
Case-insensitive match against each row's Itemcode.
Narrows the match when the same Itemcode is used for different things. Supports * wildcards — *WALL* matches every Usage containing "wall". Leave blank to match any Usage.
If the parent's Usage matches this pattern, the rule is skipped. Same * wildcard syntax. Lets one rule cover everything except a few labels. Leave blank for no exclusion.
