Pick a saved supplier for the TO: recipient block. When a customer is also set, it becomes the project/delivery address. Manage in Suppliers tab.
Pick a saved customer. If no supplier is set, the customer takes the TO: block; when both are set, the supplier wins TO: and the customer becomes the project/delivery address. Manage in Customers tab.
